Progressed through the hospitality industry with major hotel chains
as Culinary Executive, Corporate Director of Food & Beverage and
numerous entrepreneurial activities. In operations through his
analytical and creative acumen he became a leader in achieving best
costs ever in numerous several million plus unit properties and
chains, achieving competitive profits against years of losses in
hotels and restaurants. He participated in many hotels and
restaurants grand openings. In education, he was the founder and
co-founder of several culinary apprenticeships, the ACF Chefs
Certification and RHI Programs, he mentored an army of aspiring
talent. Mr. Enderlin was founder of the famous Culinary
Extravagant Kitchen and Star Cabinet, catering to world stars
and Presidents.
Through his efforts 4 star ratings were achieved in hotels and restaurants. In culinary arts he won a multitude of grand and first prizes, and was bestowed the best in show Greenbriers Herman Rush Trophy, Chef and Restaurateur of the year awards. - Arthur Abrahminoff
- Over 30 years of experience with major hospitality companies, such as, Marriott, Walt Disney Co. and Interstate Hotels Corporation. Started in an entry level position and worked his way up to Director of Food and Beverage for hotels ranging in size from 300-1400 rooms. Experienced corporate task force Director of Food and Beverage for Interstate Hotels Corporation for 5 years, working in the U.S., Canada and Russia, trouble shooting and reorganizing hotel food and beverage departments to meet Interstate's standards. Versed in all aspects of food and beverage operation: restaurant (family style or formal), lounge (quiet or high energy), banquet (front and back of the house service) and kitchen operation. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration form George Mason University.

- Mark grew up in the food & beverage business in Oak Lawn, where his father owned multiple restaurant enterprises and a bar (presently McMahon's on 95th Street). As investment banker, completed substantial early stages-sale lease-back transaction on Popeye's famous fried chicken (1977). Arranged IPO of Corner Pockets of America in Billings, Montana (1984). Founder/partner in two successful start-up fast food ventures: Goody's Golden Chicken, New Orleans, LA, and Chicken Charlie's, Chicago, IL. Founder, CERO of Illinois' largest (at the time) commercial brewery; American Beerworks, Elmhurst, IL. Resident of Tinley Park with wife and three children since 1977.

- 24 years of experience in economic development including downtown development, real estate development and property management, industrial business retention, attraction, and expansion, economic development promotion, marketing and incentive programs, technology and arts based economic development, financing programs including work on the NWI AngelNet, a network of private equity investors, and women and minority small business development. Ms. Kaczka holds a B.A. degree in economics/psychology, a MBA degree, a certificate in E-Business Strategy and is a Certified Economic Development Professional by the National Development Council.
